Who we are

PatchIQ is a pre-launch product for UK estate agents. For any privacy questions, contact us at hello@patchiq.co.uk. We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and email address;
• Optional answers to a short questionnaire (for example, the size of your agency, whether you focus on sales or lettings, how you currently market, and your current marketing time and spend).

We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for any sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it (our lawful basis)

We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We use it to:

• Contact you about PatchIQ early access, launch updates, and founding-member pricing;
• Understand what features and pricing matter to agents, so we can build the right product.

How we store it

Your submission is captured and stored securely through our website hosting and email tools. We keep your information only for as long as we are operating the waitlist and developing PatchIQ, after which it will be deleted if we do not launch or if you ask us to remove it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers (such as our website host and email platform) to store data and send emails on our behalf; these providers act only on our instructions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct or delete it;
• Withdraw your consent at any time;
• Unsubscribe from our emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link;
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
